Archaeology Classes, Projects and Field Schools
The Arizona Archaeological Society chapters offer classes and field schools, and become involved in occasional projects. Learn about these opportunities here.
Site Stabilization and Restoration
This activity is designed to promote sharing of information between Arizona Archaeological Society (AAS) members on the restoration and stabilization projects being pursued by AAS chapters and their members. It also provides a source of information for non-AAS members who may be interested in Stabilization and restoration and who may want to join AAS and participate in AAS projects.
March is designated throughout the state of Arizona as Archaeology Awareness Month. The Arizona Archaeological Society sponsors a student Bookmark Contest with cash prizes.
